JOB SUMMARY:
Preparing, recording and analyzing accounting, management information including manual/automated accounting applications.
DUTIES AND R ESPONSIBILITIES:
1 - Receiving the requests for tests sent from the clients; reviews lab report of the daily revenue, and ensures the completeness of those reports. 10%
2 - Receiving deposit voucher from collectors, and establish restrictions on the program accounts. 10%
3 - Preparation of monthly salaries statement and incentives for all staff in different departments. 10%
4 - The closure of the current account of the branch with the company at the end of each month. 10%
5 - Preparation of claims by customers and establish the program accounts, print statements of accounts for customers in the first of each month. 10%
6 - Preparation of the settlement bank monthly. 10%
7 - Salaries payment for staff with no bank accounts, disbursement of incentives section for eligible staff. 10%
8 - Receive checks from the Department of Finance; delivers checks to eligible employees and suppliers. 10%
9 - Controlling the custody of the Betty cash expenses. 10%
10- Perform other related duties as assigned. 10%
