A prominent metal trading and recycling company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team. As a HR manager, you can expect to be involved in a position with responsibility for the following:
• Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness
• Knowledge of Iqama transfers
• Knowledge of visa
• Knowledge of end of service procedure in KSA
• Must know Saudi Labour Laws
• Payroll procedures
• Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
• Performance management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
• Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policy
