-Age 28-40.
-B.A Degree preferred engineer grade
-At least 5 years’ experience as operation manager in factory, preferred ready mix and concrete products factory.
-Managing day-to-day operations of a ready mix and concrete products factory.
-Oversee the production process, draw up a production schedule.
-Ensure production is cost effective.
-Make sure that products are produced on time and the finished products meets all quality standards.
-Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
-Select and ensure maintenance of equipment.
Motivate, develop and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
-Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning procurement, inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments.
-Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
-Review the performance of subordinates. Identify training needs.
-Identify individual training requirements.
-Ensure training records are maintained.
-Maintain and promote safety at all times and to assure compliance with appropriate rules and regulations such as waste handling and discharge in addition to keeping the records.
-Monitoring delivery and invoicing on time.
-All other duties and accountabilities, not listed above, as assigned and required from time to time.
