1-Responsible for monitoring and rehabilitation of delinquent accounts with the goal of minimizing the number of past due accounts.
2-Resourcefulness in securing Promises to pay and actual recoveries.
3-To create a professional and friendly environment providing fast, flexible and efficient service to our customers and at all times remaining within the law.
4-Recommend cases for rescheduling and postponement.
5-Prepare all documentation required for filing police cases and repossession orders.
6-Sending Reminder 2 and Legal notice.
7-Reaching to settlements with major defaulted customers.
8-Participate in achieving the overall branch targets.
Experience:
1-A strong knowledge of the local Saudi legal system.
2-Previous experience in role essential 3-5 years.
3-Track record of success in Collections.
4-Well networked with the police and other necessary parties to assist with Debt recovery.
5-Fluent in Arabic, in terms of written and spoken Arabic.
6-Contacts with SAMA/ MOCI.
9-English Desirable (written and spoken).
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
