Job Purpose
Carry out financial reporting verifying the accuracy of financial accounts, guide and support the team member and internal customers with regards to consolidation reporting- Preparation of Mobily consolidation Financial statements and closing of monthly Trial balances
Key Result Areas
1.Review the statutory financial statement for the subsidiaries Standalone monthly, Quarterly with necessary footnotes and analysis.
2. Coordinate monthly, quarterly and end of year closing with according to group closing schedule liaising with all finance sections and other functional department to ensure timely organized closing.
3. Maintenance of GL Module for Subsidiary stand-alone SOBs.
4. Review existing and upcoming accounting treatment for all P&L and BS items, as per the accounting policies and applicable standards and advice accordingly.
5. Liaise with Regulatory Financial Reporting for the Zakat and withholding tax issue and advice the best course of action.
6. Preparation of detail analysis for group reporting and variance analysis summaries along with the reason for the consolidated financial statements.
7. Maintenance of the details for the intercompany transaction and support in preparation of the consolidated financial statements
8. Prepare the management reports, detailed analysis of difference financial caption, comparison and benchmarking of disclosures with best practices.
9. Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision related to consolidated set of books.
