We're Recruiting English Language Teachers for direct hire positions.
MA in English, /TESL/TEFL, Applied Linguistics, or any related equivalent from an accredited university.
The salary listed below is for the Language Instructors and Lecturers from United States, Canada, UK, and South Africa on yearly contracts from Sept 18, 2016.
Salary structure and perks:
• Position: Language Instructor
• Monthly Salary with 100 % Exceptional increments 100 %SR = 8160.00
• Transportation Allowance: SR 500.00
• Housing Allowance: 1416.00 (Instead of getting Housing Allowance in monthly salary, you will be receiving SR 17000.00 in advance for 12 months at the start of the academic year).
• Increments based on Experience: 350 X per year up to 5 years. Increments will be given after verifying original experience certificate(s) in the relevant field of teaching at the time of joining and signing contract at university. The experience certificate(s) must be attested by the Saudi Consulate.
• After completing one contract year with KKU, you will receive an increment of SR 350 up to 5 years
• Furnishing Allowance: SR 8500.00 (Payable only once, on the condition that you have not received it before).
• End of service gratuity: For the 1st 5 years, half a month basic salary each per year of service will be accumulated. Six years and up, one month salary per year will be accumulated. (Up to maximum 100,000 SR)
• Weekly working hours: 35 (including teaching, office, and on-campus hours)
• Free medical facilities in all government hospitals anywhere in KSA.
• Term (Contract Duration): One year (Starting date of reporting to work). It is renewable by mutual agreement of both parties.
• Reporting Date: Sept 18, 2016
• Annual Paid Vacation: 60 days
• Annual round-trip tickets from Abha to the country of your citizenship for you and up to three of your accompanying family dependents provided they stay six months in KSA.
