Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
-Regularly review the market to identify opportunities and trends in allocated segments.
-develop forecasts and business plans and seek their approval.
- Selectively grow business in the allocated markets with top tier FI/NBFI and Public sectors.
-Reviews to be kept current at all times and deadlines met.
-Interim and new proposals to be prepared in a timely manner.
-Ensure preparation of compelling proposals that will meet the policies and customer needs and negotiate their acceptance.
-Ensure that appropriate risk analysis and risk/returns assessment is carried out to recommend timely remedial actions, where
appropriate.
-To ensure that all credit proposals are of good quality.
-Proactively manage relationships with customers and take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key
relationships to leverage business achievement.
-Manage close liaison with key relationships on an ongoing basis.
-Provide professional advice on products and services to customers and business leads to other units to ensure that business
opportunities are realised.
-Regularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimising returns.
-Ensure compliance with the bank’s approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organisation’s and customer’s interests.
-To ensure the team complies with Central Bank and bank’s internal guidelines issued
from time to time.
-Based on business needs, the jobholder may manage a team of Relationship/Assistant
Relationship managers and their performance to deliver targeted results and
high levels of service.
-Train sub-ordinates to develop skills for taking higher
responsibilities.
