Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
-To maintain SLA and ensure that transactions are handled within the agreed timelines (TAT)
with the servicing segment.
-To maintain good interpersonal relations with customers staff and other internal departments.
-Ensure that all transactions are attended to accurately as per standard procedures and that there are no deviations without appropriate approval.
-Adhere to internal policies and guidelines as well as ICC, UCP and other external trade & factoring related guidelines. Ensure there is no violation of any regulation or Sanctions imposed from time to time.
-To attend trainings relevant for the role and also impart knowledge/train subordinates to ensure that all team members are trained to perform multi-tasking.
-To identify and skill up TFS team, enhance meeting KPIs, attendance, productivity, expenses, TAT, SLA, complaints.
