1. Compilation and maintain the environmental registers from all lines
1.1. Register of utility pipe material for identification of asbestos
1.2. Register of dewatering discharge permit
1.3. Register of waste carriers
1.4. Register of environmental corrective action
1.5. Register of chemical consumption
1.6. Register of waste disposal (construction waste, wastewater & hazardous waste)
1.7. Register of environmental inspection reports status (open / close)
1.8. Register of water consumption
1.9. Register of spill kits consumption
1.10. Register of non-conformance reports
1.11. Register of tree removal / relocation
1.12. Register of environmental complaints
1.13. Register of water coolers and water analysis certificates
1.14. Register of environmental ISO certificates
2. Compile statistical data about waste quantity, origin and landfill for each line
3. Compile and analysis environmental inspection reports and checklist of all lines
4. Compile records for each line concerning:
4.1. Air quality
4.2. Water quality
4.3. Noise and vibration quality
5. Keep a list of approved waste disposal facilities and type of waste that is licensed to receive
6. Keep a list of approved waste transporters and environmental companies
7. Delivery of environmental key performance indicators report on weekly and monthly basis
8. Delivery of environmental induction and talkbox tools
9. Liaison interface between environmental department and other departments:
9.1. with utility department to control tree removal and water discharge permitting and, identification of asbestos pipes based on utility planned to be diverted.
9.2. with procurement department to assign approved waste carriers and environmental companies and verify subcontractors’ HSE manual in pre-qualification stage
9.3. with contract department to define environmental specifications in subcontracts
9.4. with quality department to identify hazardous material pre-submission of approval material request and follow-up non-conformance reports
9.5. with general services to manage waste generation in HQ offices
9.6. with construction/MEP department to review control measures for possible environmental impacts before submission of method statement and inspection and test plan
9.7. with design department to keep a list of sustainability material incorporated in design drawings
9.8. with project control department to obtain material consumption records
9.9. with risk department to share environmental risks identified
10. To meet with sub-contractors to provide and explain environmental procedures and plan and to compile environmental data
11. Coordinate and recording environmental meeting between different lines and department in regards to environmental interval and implementation and monitoring of environmental plans
12. To develop and issue of environmental learnt lessons, posters, talkbox tool to all lines
