1- plan, organize,direct and establish the annual productions targets with coordination of Sales Department in accordance to fulfill the Sales plans and targets
2- compare established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
3-Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
4- analyzing workforce requirements To develop and execute the manufacturing budgets
5- Develop systems and process that track and optimise productivity, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
6- Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals.
7- Evaluate the production process to ensure delivery commitments & customer requirements are met.
