• Responsible to ensure smooth operation of Packaging and Production machines and Equipment.
• Responsible to prepare SOPs under supervision and guidance of Engineering manager for Preventive maintenance of Packaging and Production machines and equipment.
• Responsible to implement and execute the Preventive maintenance Plan of Production and Packaging machines and equipment as per respective SOPs.
• To ensure implementation of Calibration Plan of all gadgets installed in the Production and Packaging machines and equipment.
• To prepare and maintain the availability of spares for smooth operation of Packaging and Production machines and equipment.
• Responsible to provide technical support to Production and validation departments to carry out their activities in Production and Packaging.
• To supervise the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of new Production and Packaging machines and equipment.
• Responsible to provide technical support to Production and validation departments to carry out their activities in Production and Packaging.
• Responsible to reduce downtime of Production and Packaging machines.
• Responsible to maintain proper documentation system and log books for maintenance activities in the Production and Packaging machines and equipment.
• Maintain all logs and documentation associated with permits for machines maintenance and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for coordinating regulatory programs and its applications and help support the compliance process; supporting and providing relief for the environmental department.
• Maintain filing systems regarding workers training and safety as per respective SOP and guidelines.
