Directing, planning, and coordinating Human Resources Planning and Development section's activities in Riyadh Cables Group including manpower planning, training needs assessment, and career development plans and programs
Executive Duties:-
• Supervising the implementation of the Human Resources Planning and Development Section's plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with Riyadh Cables Group's policies, procedures, and objectives
• Developing the Human Resources Planning and Development Section's work plan; assigning work activities, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to best serve Riyadh Cable Group's goals and plans
• Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the Human Resources Planning and Development Section
• Ensuring that instructions and administrative and technical decisions are followed and adhered to
• Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the Human Resources Manager
Technical Duties:-
• Reviewing workload assessment for each entity at Riyadh Cables Group in order to estimate the required work force from each job title for each entity
• Reviewing and coordinating the annual plan of manpower requirements for the recruitment section

• Evaluating human resources utilization to advise the management over any strategic decision such as cost cutting through re-deployment plans
• Overseeing training needs assessment studies in coordination with the Performance Management Section to identify the most effective, yet urgent, gaps to be covered through different means of training for concerned employees
•
• Defining career paths for Riyadh Cables Group's employees with clearly defined, fair, and systematic criteria of career progression
• Continuously monitoring the changes incurred on job titles and their effect on the career development and training plans
•
• Preparing training plans and programs for employees to participate in internal or external educational and training programs in coordination with their supervisors
• Monitoring the progress of human resources development plans and recommending ways of enhancement and improvement of employees' competencies through the identification of the most significant weaknesses.
• Measuring the effectiveness of the conducted training in comparison with human resources development programs' expected outcomes.
General Administrative Duties
• Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to follow up smooth running of activities and keeping abreast with the latest business-related practices
• Preparing periodic reports with respect to the Human Resources Planning and Development Section's activities and achievements to be submitted to the Human Resources Manager
• Identifying human resources requirements for Human Resources Planning and Development Section according to human resources planning practices
• Following-up on subordinates administrative affairs such as: vacations, leaves …etc
• Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to the scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the adopted system
• Assigning a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever the need arises
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
