- Ensure Active plant formulations are available and used at the Manufacturing Site
- Ensure that the formulations held in JDE and the plant ERP system replicate the active plant formulations
- Maintain and Improve various certifications like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ensure that Country specific requirements and BP Quality Manual requirements are mapped in the QMS Documentation.
- Ensure all incoming Raw materials, Packaging material and finished products are tested as per established procedures.
- Ensure Data integrity and Traceability is maintained at all stages of data generation and reporting.
- Responsible for Preparing and Implementing Calibration and Maintenance Schedules for all Laboratory Equipment’s
- Responsible for preparing Training calendars for chemists and Lab attendants.
- Assist Laboratory manager to prepare CAPEX and REVEX for laboratory
- Provide support during RCA’s and follow-up with plants/Suppliers for action closures
- Conduct Internal quality audits in Laboratory as per Audit schedule.
