Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Purpose:
To develop the Market Information business that includes market data, indices, reference data and analytic services, within the Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) standards and approved policies, and the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) regulations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
Business Development:
•Grow and maximize revenue potentials for the Exchange in order to exploit opportunities and reduce cost.
•Manages the business development activities including development of new financial information products and services, i.e. Market Data, Financial Analytics, and Data Feeds to ensure achieving set targets and enhance the Exchange’s revenues.
•Identify new business opportunities pertaining to Market Information in order to develop Market Data.
•Develop studies, conduct studies, and benchmark global exchanges and leading information providers to adapt the best practices and identify industry trends.
•Manage projects related to new information products and services, designs and promote marketing materials, and plan marketing campaigns.
Client and Relationship Management:
•Manage strategic relationships with local and international clients, take charge of clients’ accounts, and ensure meeting all client needs.
•Manage negotiations and communication channels with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and preserve the Exchange’s rights and image.
Licenses, Contracts, and Agreements:
•Manage the monthly information dissemination reporting process in order to ensure accuracy, precise and timely invoicing, and secure the Exchange’s revenues.
•Manage and update the TILA application forms for all clients on an annual basis, and prepare the annual license detailed revenue report to be submitted to the Finance department for invoicing.
•Manage the development and update of Contracts, i.e. the Exchange’s information license agreement to reflect business changes and updates.
•Review new and existing client agreements from a technical perspective, and renewed expiring agreements to ensure reflecting the actual status of the clients.
Stakeholders’ Relationship:
•Ensure that the concerned Departments Heads are clearly informed about all different dimensions of the products/services.
•Provide support to concerned Departments Heads to ensure smooth daily operations.
•Build and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders.
Project Management:
•Outline the scope of projects and create a detailed work plan that identifies the activities needed to successfully complete projects.
•Determine the resources required to complete projects.
•Assist in managing departmental projects to ensure project cycle completion and commitment to the Exchange’s guidelines and quality.
Budget:
•Participate in the Division’s annual budget planning.
•Ensure effective utilization of the Department’s allocated budget, and report accurately on progress and challenges.
Governance and Resilience:
•Ensure that risk assessment procedures are carried out with all products/services to identify and mitigate any potential risk.
•Contribute to the development and implementation of the Department’s policies, procedures, and processes covering all areas of the Department’s activities to ensure the fulfillment of all work requirements.
•Ensure that the Department adheres to the Exchange’s policies in order to achieve the Exchange’s operational excellence.
•Ensure the Department’s compliance with The Exchange’s “Code of Conduct” to ensure operating within the acceptable risk range.
People Management:
•Participate in identifying and recruiting key talents for the Department.
•Manage, guide, and assist employees by direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.
•Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate team(s), and offer regular feedback on performance.
