Key Responsibilities
The role will include but not limited to:
• Perform PMO Officer Responsibilities, which include monitoring Programs & Projects, and give direction to Project Mangers.
• Apply the PMO Methodology and ensure standards, policy & Procedures been followed.
• Supervise and develop PMO reports, Contribute to PMO’s generating Programs & Projects reports.
• Ensure Programs & Projects follow the client PMO’s Framework.
• Mentor, coach, and transfer knowledge to the Projects Managers.
• Develop, enhance, and innovate PMO domain processes and methodologies.
• Provide awareness sessions, presentations, and training when needed.
• Produce guides, guidelines, methods, & training materials, to enhance PMO’s templates, methodologies & Framework.
Qualifications
• The candidate must be a Saudi national with three to eight years (3 - 8) relevant experience in project management.
• A minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as engineering or information technology. “Higher degree is a plus”.
• Relevant experience, knowledge, degree or certification in the fields of construction or transportation. Preference will be given to candidates specializing in this area with the required experience.
• PMO, PMP or relevant project management certificate is a plus.
• Excel in dealing with MS Project Professional, professional certificate is a plus.
• “EPM” tool knowledge and experience.
• Good communication, presentation, creativity, facilitation and writing skills.
• Time management and planning, with the ability to work under pressure and provide uninterrupted service.
• Strong customer service, analytical skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English, with excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
