• Develop and evaluate plant quality control checks, as well as, Develop, deploy and manage manufacturing process control plans.
• Direct the tracking of defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data.
. • Facilitate creation and maintenance of DFMEA’s and PFMEA’s when required .
• Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) for major product groups, and identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points.
• Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
• Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
• Assist in determining manufacturability / feasibility, and implementing quality checks and measures.
• Maintain ISO 9001and HACCP including internal and external audits.
• Develop projects with operations personnel that reduce cost of quality and overall manufacturing costs.
• Develop and perform Level II PPAPs and Tracking projects to completion and evaluating effectiveness of countermeasures.
• Lead root cause analysis determination activities and drive the implementation of mistake proofing to eliminate and preventative actions .
• Performing lean project work, and implementing Lean Manufacturing methodology throughout area of responsibility Requirements.
• Experience with APQP procedures and ISO 9001 standards •
• Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience and Determining final disposition on products inspected and verify information on inventory tickets.
