A leading construction consultancy firm is URGENTLY looking for Project Controls Manager to work on multi-million dollar construction project. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the planning, estimating, cost control, risk management and document control services and for providing information to allow proactive and accurate reporting for the project.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the project controls team
• Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements
• Developing project controls standards, policies and procedures and change management programs
• Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls
• Establishing and managing the project master schedule, budget and project cost control, risk management plan, document control and change control
• Progress, cost and risk monitoring and analysis
• Provide monthly and weekly reports
• Preparing and making presentations
