Kifah Precast Company, a leading manufacturer of quality precast concrete in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Purchase Officer.
Selected candidate would handle the procurement requirements of the company as per requestor's specifications and demands with consideration to company's purchasing policies and strategic plans and ensure the timely delivery thereof.
Tasks (including but not limited to):
1) Ensure that only the best quality equipment, goods, materials and services is procured at the most competitive prices.
2) Negotiates and considers the price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical support of the products and services when choosing suppliers and merchandise, and when executing the contracts.
3) Maintain good buyer-vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships with new and existing suppliers.
4) Study bids and supplier’s quotations and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors and requestor’s specifications.
5) Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers in obtaining the best commodities required.
