Perform full turnkey installations for commercial and residential systems.
Read drawings and do the installation of equipments/cable/conduits as per the drawings.
Work independently and/or with a team of technicians and helpers.
Troubleshoot security systems, fire alarms, access systems, IP CCTV systems etc.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform a wide variety of functions associated with servicing, programming and testing of Fire Alarm,
Access control, CCTV and other security systems.
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and other records.
Responsible for the performance of other tasks related to this position as they are assigned by the
management.
Perform additional assignments per the direct manager’s direction.
