• Reconcile, monitor and control of pallets on the Customer DC CHEP account
• Managing controls through P+.
• Monitor Holding Period of pallets at the DC’s and stores
• Follow up on all store holding periods greater than 45 days - liaise with Store managers
• Follow up on all stores where balance exceeds target balance - liaise with Store managers
• Resolution of queries and disputes between Emitters, DC and stores
• Publish Store and DC holding periods and volumes weekly
• Escalate all unresolved pallet issues to CHEP and Clinet management if unresolved for 7 days
• Reconcile DC CHEP accounts
• Manage the opening of new Store Accounts on EMS
• Assist in the process of opening new CHEP accounts with Emitters
