Apply industry best practices, methodologies, and techniques to lead change initiatives using communications, process improvement, training, and project management. Collaborate with the client as a trusted advisor to effectively navigate and drive the Change Management for a large-scale transformation of a technology implementation based in Riyadh, KSA. Assess the cultural aspects, analyse changes, determine impacts on processes and organizational design, identify and propose appropriate solutions, build awareness, and communicate changes and expected outcomes to stakeholders at all levels across multiple departments and geographies. Serve as the primary author to develop targeted communications materials in support of transformation initiatives, including internal releases, newsletter articles, fact sheets, pamphlets and talking points. Support the practice development initiatives by serving as the primary contact with the client on site, and to engage with the senior management, including supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior personnel. Build competencies in the areas of management consulting and task performance as a side product to the role by participating in marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings.
