Succession Planning:
Identify robust assessment tools for talent identification and ensure consistent application across the business.
Lead the coordination with CXOs/Directors to identify potential key roles/jobs, determine need of successors, and identify current incumbents in key positions.
Lead the coordination with CXOs/Directors/Managers to identify and approve, based on past experience and competencies, high potential candidates who will go through the succession planning program.
Review periodically and monitor progress of organization-wide succession planning program, and recommend program adjustment, when needed.
Leading the individual development plan discussion and ensure proper implementation.
Evaluate succession planning program metrics and document results.
