Change Actions are looking to hire a General Manager for one of their clients, which is a leading soft drinks and beverages producer in the kingdom.
The general manager will provide overall direction and support to the manufacturing operations ensuring that production efficiencies and product quality are consistently maintained in accordance with company standards, by providing effective leadership for the entire team in keeping with the company’s core values. The General Manager reports directly to the CEO.
- Plan, develop, and direct daily operations.
- Forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit and ensure compliance with established budget.
- Schedule, supervise, and participate in the operational duties specific to the unit.
- Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, review, and direct the unit's management and staff.
- Manage P&L statement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain and ensure safe facility environment including standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit's equipment, soft drink production.
- Act as Company's point of contact with client.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Maintain and enhance the company's image when interacting with clients, guests, associates, and vendors.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
- Responsible for every aspect of the company's business performance and it's the general managers duty to take action and ensure that all agreed business targets and objectives are achieved.
- Grow the business in terms of sales turnover and profitability.
- Prepare report to the CEO regarding weekly Load & Achievement Chart.
- Organize a periodic coordination meetings with relevant departmental to monitor actions taken and progress status.
- Ensure the awareness of safety, efficiency, material handling and quality are develop and maintain at all levels.
