Our client a leading FMCG distributor in KSA are urgently looking to hire an HR operations manager to join their team in Jeddah. Main job purpose will be to manage the HR Operations function strategies and development in terms of administration, personnel and government relations to meet the company’s objectives. Key accountabilities will include employee engagement and strategy development and overall HR operations. You would need to review & develop the HR Operational strategies, HR Policies & Procedures to ensure efficient operational practices and enhances control standards within the department and ensure that all related employees understand and implement HR Operations strategies, policies & procedures to perform correctly. Guide and lead the HR Operations employees to ensure efficiency of work flow and meet company’s requirements and Manage employee exit interviews and relations issues, including conditions of service, grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, etc. to solve all issues correctly.
