• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
• Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the company.
• Track of monthly allocations and adjustments.
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
• التعامل مع مجموعة كاملة من دور المالي ومحاسبة التكاليف سبيل المثال حساب العملاء /حساب الموردين/الاستاذ العام، والتنبؤ، ووضع الميزانيات.
• مسؤول عن ضمان سير العمليات المحاسبيه بصوره يوميه.
• متابعه الحسابات وضمان إغلاق الحسابات في موعدها المحدد.
• مسؤول عن متابعه التكاليف وضبطها وادارتها ومتابع مشروع الموازنه وخاصه التكاليف.
• مسؤول عن المطابقات الشهرية المالية الموحدة في الوقت المناسب ، والمدفوعات، التدفق النقدي.
• المراجعة والموافقة على قسائم الدفع وإدخالات دفتر اليومية.
• اعداد تقارير بالتكاليف وتوزيعاتها للمراجعه والموافقه.
• تطوير ومتابعه نظام الرقابه والتدقيق الداخلي,وفقا للمبادىء المحاسبيه وسيايات الشركه.
• متابعه المخصصات والتسويات الشهريه .
• تطوي ومتابعه نظام لبيان و تحليل حساسية التكلفة والإنذار المبكر من بين تجاوز التكاليف .
• العمل مع الإدارات المعنية وبصوره وثيقه في مبادرات خفض التكاليف.
