Quality Control Jobs in Saudi Arabia in Saudi Arabia
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the production planning supervisor will have 3 main tasks
1. Production Planning
• To prepare optimum production plans taking into account all bottlenecks
• To constantly update these plans practically and efficiently as different bottlenecks arise
• To propose and implement solutions to these problems, leading production, sales teams in the effort
2. Material Planning
• Through ERP and supplier portals to constantly update and define material criticalities on the horizon and identify problems early on before they become major obstacles
• To make constant alternative plans to changing schedules, new arising issues, etc.
3. Productivity Follow up
• To constantly follow Overall Equipment Efficiency rigorously by actively collecting data from shop floor and validating its integrity.
• To make swift judgements on lines that are lacking in efficiency and immediately bring these to top management for action
