Law Jobs in Saudi Arabia
Provide legal opinion for all the different departments within the Company;
Review and/or draft the contract for the Company, i.e. sales agreements, purchase agreements, distribution agreements, MOU, NDAs, etc.;
Participate in transaction/agreement negotiation;
Support to manage local law compliance respecting the laws of Saudi Arabia, which includes but not limited to, corporate management, labor, and taxation laws;
Work with external lawyers to deal with litigation or settlement negotiations;
Proceed legal research in various areas of Saudi law;
Provide legal knowledge training to other departments as per Legal Director’s instruction;
Other legal issues may be assigned by legal director.
