Technical or Job Related Requirements:
• Ability to manage or lead a team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers for SM & CH business unit
• Performs supervisory functions at a level established by management for the role
• Contribute to manage recruitment motivation & development of team members of maintenance engineering to ensure development of necessary skills
• Manage to maintain all resources needed for maintenance engineering, defines goals of the team in alignment of company goal’s define KPIs & set up performance standards for all team members
• Fully conversant for engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, engineering standard specs and codes and comply with company policies
• Knowledge of mechanical/ Electrical Engineering specification and applicable industry standards and Codes (e. API, ASME)
• Demonstrated and independent ability to handle high impact / high complexity assignments is required
• Familiarity with Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering safety Standards and Procedures
• Suggests and implement improvements on maintenance Engineering strategies
• Demonstrated ability in achieving results and driving change is required. The position required strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of all EHS related policies and requirement that need to be clarified/ delivered in each project phase
• Ability on reviewing / creating Technical accuracy of standard work instruction
• Leveraging technical support to maintenance team on machinery configuration, reliability and performance
