Description
Support the Senior Compliance Officer and the General Counsel in the Group's expansion globally in opening offices and subsidiaries in new geographiesRecord and monitor contracts both internally and externallyInput data related to restrictive covenants and risk/compliance onto the systemSupport with the development of a new contract automation system
Profile
Candidates who apply must meet the below criteria:
Law degree / Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Accounting / Finance / Business1-3 years' experience in a junior legal or compliance functionExperience working on legal software/contracts automation systemsIdeally currently based in Riyadh, but welcoming all candidates looking to move to RiyadhFull working proficiency in Arabic is preferred
