The Assessors main responsibility is to conduct certifications at the SPSP facility and client facilities. The Assessor will have a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the certification procedures and advise on any changes or improvements to the certification tools and procedures.
When required develop assessment tools and conduct assessments for training programs conducted at SPSP. The current requirement is for Assessors in the field of Crane, Heavy Equipment, Rigging
• Coordinating and ensuring that the certifications are completed on time and accurately.
• Summarise the findings of the certifications into reports and present feedback and recommendations.
• Maintaining all records for the certifications.
• Supporting the development of written and practical certifications.
• Developing management reports for different departments.
• Proctoring written certifications in the facility at SPSP.
• Conducting practical certifications at the clients site.
• Coordinating and assisting Subject matter Experts (SME) in the assessment development process.
• Developing weekly and monthly assessment and certification statistical reports.
• If required, conduct short training courses in support of the training function.
• If required, take on Mentor responsibilities.
• If required, assist with QA Audits.
