Object/Overview:
Collect, analyze, and document client business requirements.
Assess business needs by utilizing a structured requirement process.
Assist in identifying business priorities and advise on options.
Provide technical assistance to help with problem resolution.
Assist in planning, developing, and executing User Acceptance Testing plans.
Participate in planning sessions to implement process improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the business to develop business requirements for Analytics Platform
• Work with the development team to ensure business requirements are communicated clearly and understood
• Participate in the development and review of functional requirements documentation
• Develop KPIs and on-going metrics / reporting
• Support program management and business analysis for various strategic Technology initiatives
• Work with the business to ensure testing plans are robust and facilitate testing with internal and external interface teams
• Perform analysis on production issues as appropriate
• Develop and execute test scripts
• Interface with affected application teams to coordinate testing, when necessary
