Summary:
Achieve sales targets in existing Export Markets and help develop sales in new markets, responsible for supply chain in terms of PFI, invoicing shipment dispatch, documentation for all Export Markets.
Main Responsibilities:
• Complete existing Export distributor reviews and propose sales development plans.
• Assist in assigned distributor selection and product requirements to meet local regulations.
• Focus on core brand sales and their activities.
• Maximize distributors’ coverage in line with BFSA objectives and market norms.
• Implement in market programs from Marketing and track results.
• Evaluate and launch new products under direction of Marketing Department.
• Monitor pricing and suggest action to maximize sales.
• Complete and report on competitor activity.
• Complete supplier forecast sheets and monthly stock & sales reports.
• Ensure relevant export documentation is completed on time, product and packaging meets local requirements and that shipments take place as per customer requested volumes and timings.
• Formally review sales results and re-forecast sales each month.
• Continually review sales opportunities for recommendation to management.
• Maintain good working relationship with distribution and trade staff.
• Ensure that all interactions with customers or a customer representative is conducted in a courteous, friendly and positive way.
• Ensure that immediate action is taken without hesitation to redress any shortfall in service to our Customers.
