Supports senior management team with financial reporting, planning, analysis & advises for decision making purposes on timely basis.
• Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability for use by senior management.
• Routinely communicate business unit & company financial & operational performance trend, forecast including commentary on trends, suggested actions and their implications
• Develop and execute standard processes for routine analytical reviews
• Work with company stakeholder’s to produce annual planning data (Budgets) & related reports.
• Prepare presentations in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the company
• Support Finance function with analytical review (including commentary) of monthly, quarterly & annual results vs. budget & prior year.
• Perform ad hoc analytics & reports for internal/external customers
• Develop, implement, communicate & manage annual budget methodology & process
• Develop financial reports and statements for management
• Develop productivity reports capturing indirect and direct resource allocations, and productivity ratios
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance to the set policies, processes and procedures of the function
• Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the closing process
• Prepare 12-month rolling forecast for the Company Solvency, Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow on a monthly basis to facilitate top management decision making
• Manage monthly operating expenses reporting & analysis and identify key variances
• Preparation of Profitability reports
• Leads team goal setting management & reviews.
