Key Accountabilities :
Reporting Process
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Bahri's Group and its subsidiaries financial reporting process by recommending updates to reporting templates.
Statutory Reporting
Lead and review the preparation the full set of Bahri's Group and its subsidiaries interim and annual financial statements with the proper disclosure in line with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Prepare any other statutory reports and financial reports as requested by management.
Financial Analysis
Compile and analyse detailed financial and projection data to create results-oriented analysis to be used in company-wide planning. Assist in feasibility studies and assessment of potential investments as requested by Head of Financial Controlling.
Regulatory Requirements
Fulfil regulatory requirements by providing a full set of financial statements for DZIT, MCI, and Banks
Auditors
Lead the communication with the internal and external auditors. Manage the auditors observations to be closed within a proper time frame
