• Develop curriculum and appropriate training module and extension materials which are useful for the dough handling, preservation, processing, quality control and nutrition;
• Develop list of materials that are required for hands-on training/demonstration for bakery processing;
• Conduct Training as the lead trainer on Bakery handling, preservation, processing and nutrition;
• Oversee capacity development of the trainees after receiving training;
• Assume Bakery responsibility of housekeeping and maintenance of classrooms and laboratories.
• Develop communication materials/small booklet/illustration useful for disseminating hygiene, nutrition and Bakery products preparation;
• Develop diversified Bakery products recipes or new recipe development based on local consumer’s preferences;
• Develop a hygienic and safe bakery products handling, supply & processing models with ensured quality control;
• Provide tours for prospective students, parents and other campus visitors.
• Attend and participate in special events, e.g. graduation, student extra-curricular activities, advisory committee meetings, student move-in day, employee recognition functions, student club activities, field trips, etc.
• Participate on appropriate curriculum committees.
• Provide appropriate suggestions to the Head of Department Food Technology to promote training focused on diversified bakery products development.
• Keep coordination with other training specialists, Head of Departments and Training Manager to execute overall strategic objectives
• Guide the new training experts so that they can conduct the follow up/refreshers’ trainings for the bakery processing
• Travel to different manufacturing plants as required, in order to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with industry representatives and partners.
