• Analyze requirements, design and develop business blueprint in their respective area/modules of SAP
• Advise and deliver solution functionality, configuration and unit-testing
• Assist the business in defining the impact of the business strategy and business design on the processes within current and future business environment
• Lead the translation of the new business design into process capabilities definition
• Design, in cooperation with the business, the new business processes based on the related application(s) & organization enablers
• Define key business process attributes for quantitative & qualitative performance measurements
• Develop functional Specifications for any custom development in their respective area/module
• Recommend new business process capabilities
• Analyze requirements and evaluate development strategies for training the end-user community
• Deliver end-user training courses by utilizing existing assets, products and intellectual capital where appropriate
• Identify Data migration objects, develop data gathering sheets, assist in building migration programs, and ensure the system validations for data migrated
