• Interface with vendors for compliance with STC specifications.
• Analyze study, review and approve technical documents for Core NGN requirements with the Ability to transfer knowledge to co-worker and interfaces.
• Review bid responses Deployment Plans
• Issue Engineering Design Documents and BOQs.
• Interface with Planning, O&M and Implementation
• Review and approve PAT documents, MOPs
• Determine S:-(As (IGWs, service delivery)
• Dimensioning of NGN Network Elements
• Provide Engineering support and Solve field problems
• Conduct Interoperability tests
• Track evolution of equipment
• Design Migration plans
• Optimization feedback
