Organizational Structures
Receive request regarding Organizational Structure request change, Job Description and evaluations requests, and ensure that the requests are clear and all required data/info has been provided, so that the request can be processed in smooth manner.
Analyze received info/data regarding OS request, JD and JE requests and identify concerns and/or areas of improvement and inform OD head about them with recommendations to help avoid conflicts and complications
Ensure that all issues in the requests have been cleared before proceeding to approve the request to avoid future problems that may arise from conflicts.
Prepare Orgnizational Structures and make initial analysis to ensure that all standards are applied.
After Finlize the OS, Process & Follow-up for final approval from the Executive Management.
HR Corporate Communication
Resposnible to Handle all Corporate HR Communication activities.
Handling Awareness sessions on various issues to enhance employee engagement.
Administrative Support
Provides administrative assistance to the Manager as required including word processing, transcription, information research, filing, taking and directing telephone messages.
Drafts memos and other reports as appropriate.
Serve employees and assists with questions or problems related to the OD Areas.
Coordination
Coordinate with all Departments related OD Operations, arrange meetings, send and collect data.
Reporting & Feedback
Regularly Provide Work Status Report to the OD Head.
Provide feedback to all internal and external stakeholders about work status.
