The team leader main role is all about performance monitoring and caseload review. It's their responsibility to supervise the day-to-day operations of their team, distributing the caseload evenly and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the performance of the team is of a high standard. Caseload review and daily activities planning. Weekly plan and forecast. Provide monthly status reports on progress with KPI Support Deputy Operations Manager in ensuring regular reporting of performance in accordance with JPC requirements.
Ensuring that the team reach their monthly target. Carrying out performance reviews. Coordinating vacations and handover within the team. To manage and ensure data integrity, check on all paperwork and electronic
records. Support team members to understand and deliver the operational KPI’s
Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior
Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues.
