A leading French organic skin care company is looking for a Project Management Director to join their growing team in Jeddah!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
* Approach potential clients and work on bringing new business leads
* Develop any project proposal and brief creative designers whenever needed
* Follow up with clients for submitted proposals until the project goes through
* Come up with new business ideas that will help the company to grow and succeed
CLIENT SERVICING
* Maintain strong relationship with all clients
* Represent client inside the company and make sure to get him the best quality of service
* Work as a single point of contact with the client and lead all communication with him
* Make sure that clients are satisfied in all projects
* Compensate clients for any under delivery from our company side
* Stay top of clients mind by having regular face to face meeting with clients to listen to their concerns and business needs
* Work as client advisor by recommending new ideas that fit client's business and help him to achieve business objective
* Understand clients business/brands in details to be able to work with him as a partner and support him in the best way
* Make sure to meet all clients deadline, and in case it was not doable clients has to be informed at an early stage
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
* Receive and understand client projects brief in details
* Translate clients brief into a clear and detailed project brief to be shared with operation team including reporting templates

* Develop budget sheets for all projects to get finance approval before sharing any proposal/quotation with client
* Develop clear projects CPS to be part of the project brief to make sure that all team members meet projects deadlines
* Lead project update meeting with full details about every projects and fill all required templates
* Do all project financial closing
* Approve all project produced material on behalf of the client and get client approval if required
* Obtain client approval on promoter profile or coordinate for client promoter face to face brief
* Manage projects financials and make sure it is in line with company policy
* Send petty cash requests to finance team
* Acquire any needed approval from the top management for any process exception
* Obtain approval from clients on material sample
* Develop projects weekly report to be sent to client on time on a weekly bases as per the company process
* Develop and present to client projects final report, and if the project is above 200K presentation has to be face to face
* Make sure that all ROMs are aware and understand the project brief clearly to ensure execution quality by doing a TC brief for all ROMs together
* Visit the market on a regular bases to stay connected with the market and develop a better understanding of the market dynamics
* Lead the communication with any 3rd party for any negotiation related to any project on a national level
