1. Responsible for the business in terms of -
-Overall country operations management
-Costing for every project to be delivered onshore (Country/Region)
-Business Model Assumptions Validation against local constraints (bid/proposal)
-Projects Delivery (from PO to Acceptance) to meet Quality and EBITDA targets
-Overall Supply Chain & Logistics Management
-Business Development, and Sales Management for existing customers (repeat business)
2. In charge of assigned country (the Territory)
3. Responsible for leading and managing the country’s operations as well as for growing the business profitably, increasing the country’s turnover and reaching the approved targets.
4. Official Representative of the company towards Clients for the Territory
5. Authorized Signatory for all the proposals, bids and contracts to be delivered in the Territory
6. In combination with Sales and Account team, responsible for the Budget definition/negotiation and its achievement for the Territory
7. Direct the development and implementation of short and long range plans and budgets of the country to optimize the achievement of revenue, growth and profit targets.
8. Monitor monthly progress by account/country in the Territory.
9. Promptly mediate as soon as the set numbers are not met.
10. Preparation of yearly forecast, in terms of Revenues and Gross Margins
11. Monitoring/Reporting the Monthly/Quarterly results in terms of Revenues and Gross Margins
12. Identify expansion and growth opportunities within the country.
13. Play first level of escalation for the customer.
14. Attending periodic meetings with customer’s representatives in the Territory
15. Reporting to Regional Head of Delivery (MENA), providing regular input on all business activity, including status reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
