• Accounts Payable

• Bank Reconciliation
• Manage petty cash: for all admin, operations, sales and office requirement.
• Prepare reports and financial data, charts, and graphs.
• Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules per monthly close schedule
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
• Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately monthly
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• quarterly producer commission reports; analyzing and correcting discrepancies
• documentation and monitoring of internal controls
• good experience in knowledge of all accounting procedures:
• cash float, bank reconciliation, inventory control, budget planning, invoicing, monthly system closing, payrolls.
• providing reports to management such as: profit/loss, bank statement, cash float, inventory comprising, client wise and brand wise sales report, financial statements, amortization of prepaid assets and depreciation, ageing report.
• Cheque analysis and follow up daily.
• Quality control of the company process.
• Other projects as assigned
