Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
The ideal candidate is performance driven and team focused. This role provides leadership and direction to assigned installation crews. The Installation Supervisor will manage the operations with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, cost management and innovation.
• Supervise installation activities to ensure company procedures are followed and compliance is maintained relative to all applicable local, state and federal regulatory requirements
• Delegate daily tasks and objectives based on available talent resources and task difficulty
• Proactively identify areas of concern in system designs and engage with the engineering team to pursue prompt resolution
• Serve as point of contact with clients, engineers, project managers and vendors, attending project meetings as required
• Manage and oversee the execution of project deliverables according to engineering specifications and installation requirements
• Collaborate with engineering on planning and executing of projects by organizing work methods and developing schedules and project timelines
• Manage cost control, productivity, equipment reporting, & employee safety programs
• Ensure all project work is compliant with installation standards and is being performed correctly
• Confirm team adherence to proper documentation practices through regular documentation audits and reviews
• Exercise decision-making authority as delegated
• Champion safety by modeling behaviors, creating an open-communication environment and directing corrective action when appropriate
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to develop team members towards their personal and professional goals
• Create and work with cable run lists
• Review and determine impact of service outages/discrepancies and work with management to develop and enforce preventative/corrective actions
