Issue Aramco Id for Rawabi Personnel & Vehicles stickers .
Inputs the Security passes information into the ERP system
Ensures the renewal of security passes to all concerned staff.
Ensures the updating and completion of all KPIs appointments master ist (day to Day)
Hotel Reservation / Visa Issuance
Manages hotel reservations for Rawabi staff travelling outside the KSA
Accountable for fulfilling accommodations request in the KSA in timely and cost effective manner through identifying most suitable accommodation mode
Manages applications through of travels visas - Rawabi employees traveling outside the KSA
Identifies and establishes business relations with the external accommodation and transportation providers .
Issue PO
Interact with Business units / departments for processing travel and accommodations request
interfaces with foreign embassy in KSA
Coordinate with the VISA unit for exit Re-entry processes fro employees travel outside KSA
Collects all required documentation to obtain the security passes as specified by the clients
