Our business is expanding rapidly and so will our team. FOR BOTH OUR DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES OFFICE AND FOR OUR RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA OFFICE, we are looking to recruit both Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
Responsibilities include:
• Able to deliver on time within deadline every time without fail
• Screening and recruitment of mystery shoppers/service evaluators
• Training of shoppers/ service evaluators including client brand, agreed scenarios and attributes
• Contacting mystery shoppers and assigning visits according to their profile and client requirements
• Monitoring the status of the assigned visits
• Resolve shopper issues
• Coordinate schedules of both shoppers and client personnel
• Carry out quality control checks
• Ensure timely delivery of reports
