Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering the assigned projects on time, to budget and to the required quality standard. In addition, ensuring that the project is effectively resourced and relationships are well managed with all stakeholders (Internal & External).
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic:
1. Define the scope, objectives and measures of the project involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
2. Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products in collaboration with business owners.
3. Create a detailed work plan with clear defined activities and millstones.
4. Determine the required resources (time, cost, systems, etc).
5. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
7. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
9. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, and escalate to management as needed.
10. Present reports defining project progress, risks and issues, with a well-defined mitigation plans.
11. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
12. Manage the relationship with the vendor and all stakeholders.
13. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
14. Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
15. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
