Ensure that purchase orders are prepared and placed on a timely manner after necessary internal approval from Purchase Officer/Supply Chain Manager
Thorough checking/validation of orders applied in system by the restaurant before processing PO
To guarantee that all orders is forwarded with the Supplier
Prepare manual PO using the excel format as per restaurant requirements with approval and knowledge of Purchase Officer/SCM
To prepare and fill up Credit Application form from new supplier and ensure the completion of documents required with the approval of Purchase Officer/SCM
Do Monthly Inventory for all restaurant in designated storage and report same to Purchase Officer/SCM
To assist on receiving of International Shipment and validation of same in designated warehouse, and report same to Purchase Officer/SCM
Do Placement of Order through standard system of Hospitality,
Must follow up orders from local supplier
Maintaining the smooth flow of local purchases and avoid out of stock issues in restaurants
Perform payment follow up with accounts
Responsible on assisting month end Inventory for all Hospitality warehouse
To prepare Supplier Account Creation with the guidance and approval of Purchase Officer/Supply Chain Manager
Provide assistance to Purchase Manager/Supply Chain Manager and ensure that objectives and goals of the department are met on timely manner preparation of purchase order confirmations based and update the system purchase orders.
