Randstad MENA is seeking experienced General Manager - Operations on behalf of a major client. This job will be based in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting To: CEO
Overall Summary:
- Responsibilities include direction, Leadership and management of the day-to-day operations in accordance with the policies and guidelines as set by the company's CEO and to the best interest of the company. Manage day-to-day administration and operations of workshops, sites, safety, design /Engineering, Project management and QC/Q groups and ensure day to day interface and coordination between these units to deliver projects on time and within the set budget.
Key Interactions:
- With Clients (both local and International)- With Senior Department Heads- CEO
Qualifications & Years of Experience:
- Engineering Grade preferable Mechanical / Industrial Engineering- Minimum 15 years experiences with a minimum of 5 years at a senior level management, 10 years of experience in manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and other related equipment for the Oil, Gas and petrochemical industries.- Good planning / analytical skills and solid negotiation skills.- Managerial & Leadership skills and the ability to work across a multi-disciplined divisions.- Fluent in Arabic and English language to write and speak.- Familiar with KSA market and Saudi Aramco way of conducting business.
