Job Title: Operations Manager – Car Rental Company
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Relocation/visa sponsorship available)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of a car rental company based in Riyadh, with a strong focus on nationwide expansion across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations, logistics, and project management, with proven experience in the car rental or related industry.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day operational activities.
- Develop and execute strategic expansion plans across the Kingdom.
- Lead and manage operational projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Optimize operational performance, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Manage, train, and motivate operational teams to achieve high performance.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze operational data to drive decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, customer service, sales, logistics).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
