• Plan priorities product to meet target.
• Trouble shooting and perform root causes analysis on defective product.
• Discus and review packing.
• Analyze & optimize the manufacturing process for local blend product, including color matching and in process QC check.
• Performs SPC/SQC check on finished product.
• Review finishes product check result to ensure meeting specification.
• Analyze rework product condition and propose rework activity.
• Adjust rework product to meet specification.
• Managing the implementation of relevant components of the accredited ISO and SASO requirement.
• Investigate the root cause of failure and provide solution for production batches out of specifications.
• Follow up and supervise production subsequent batches with preventive / improvement plan.
• Test the stock of the finish products of the unmoved items from time to time to ensure it is within specifications.
• Periodic check of the retain samples.
• Responded to customer complains from end product.
• Knowledge about Paints LAB instruments operation and calibration.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
